Pricing FAQ

Common questions.

What is an asset?

An asset is a physical structure or infrastructure item you register in Veritas — a building, bridge, heritage site, road, utility, or pipeline. Each asset has its own record history, document vault, and lifecycle timeline. The number of assets on your plan determines how many you can have registered and active at once.

What counts as a verified record?

Any document signed by a qualified professional and permanently locked — inspection report, compliance certificate, drawing, photo, or sensor data file. Each signed document uses one record from that asset's monthly allowance. A Professional plan gives each of your 5 assets 20 records per month, so a building that's actively under inspection can use its full allowance independently of your other assets.

Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

Yes. Plans are billed monthly and you can change tiers at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.

Do I need an Opus subscription?

During early access, Veritas is available as a standalone product. Integration with Opus for operational intelligence is available on Professional and above.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your verified records remain permanently accessible and independently verifiable — they are anchored to a public chain that no single party controls. You can export all your documents and verification proofs at any time before or after cancelling.

Is there a setup or onboarding fee?

No setup fees. Early access customers receive a complimentary onboarding session to get your first assets registered and documents verified.
