The permanent
asset record.
Every asset. Every document. Private and perpetual.
Every inspection report, compliance certificate, and maintenance record for your building — stored in one permanent place, exactly as it was signed.
Never lost when staff change. Never missing at handover. Always ready when your bank, insurer, or council asks for it.
The problem Veritas solves
When staff leave, records disappear. Veritas keeps everything permanently — no matter who owns or manages the building.

Any document type. Any file format. Attested, encrypted, and stored permanently on the Veritas Ledger.
The Platform
A Single Source of Truth
for Every Physical Asset.
Veritas creates an immutable, encrypted digital record for every building, bridge, and piece of infrastructure you own or manage. Every document, every inspection, every material test — permanently stored, independently verifiable, and accessible to those you authorise.
Immutable Document Vault
Every document is encrypted, stored with a content-addressed hash, and anchored to a tamper-evident chain. Modifying any record breaks the chain — immediately detectable.
Multi-Party Attestation
Engineers sign, reviewers counter-sign, owners acknowledge. Each attestation carries a cryptographic signature independently verifiable without Veritas.
Granular Access Control
Role-based access for owners, engineers, insurers, and councils. Grant document access to specific parties with a full audit trail of every access event.
Lifecycle Intelligence
Track condition scores, maintenance events, heritage listings, and renovation history across the full asset lifecycle. Evidence-based capital planning.
BMS & CMMS Integration
Connects to your existing Building Management System, CMMS, and assessment platforms via REST API. Veritas enhances your current stack — it does not replace it.
Document Attestation Flow
How It Works
Four steps to permanent truth.
Veritas fits into your existing workflow. Asset documentation that takes minutes to store lasts forever.
Register Your Asset
Add the asset to Veritas — building, bridge, infrastructure. Public metadata (suburb, type, classification). Private metadata encrypted and access-controlled.
Upload & Encrypt
Drop any document type — structural reports, ESM certificates, maintenance registers, tenancy schedules. Veritas encrypts every file and generates a content-addressed fingerprint.
Attest & Sign
The responsible engineer signs cryptographically. A reviewer counter-signs. The asset owner acknowledges. Multi-party attestation with independently verifiable signatures.
Anchor Permanently
All new attestations are rolled into a Merkle root and anchored immutably. Any future modification is immediately detectable — by anyone, forever.
Platform Features
Enterprise-grade infrastructure
for the built environment.
Built on the same technology stack that powers decentralised financial infrastructure — deployed for physical assets.
Encrypted Document Storage
AES-256-GCM encryption before any data leaves your browser. Documents stored with content-addressed hashes and cloud backup. No Veritas server can read your documents.
Tamper-Evident Anchoring
Every attestation is rolled into a daily Merkle root. Change one byte in one document and the root changes — instantly provable tampering to any third party.
Multi-Party Attestation
Engineer signs. Reviewer verifies. Owner acknowledges. Each step is a cryptographic signature. Independently verifiable by anyone with the public key.
Role-Based Access Control
Grant viewing access to engineers, insurers, councils, or purchasers for specific documents. Every access event is recorded in an immutable audit trail.
Full Lifecycle Tracking
Construction, inspection, maintenance, renovation, damage, and heritage classification — every event linked to the documents that prove it happened.
Open API & Integration
REST API connects to your existing BMS, CMMS, and asset management platforms. Webhook notifications on attestation events.
Use Cases
Built for the people who own,
manage, and maintain assets.
Protect value across acquisition, operation, and disposal.
Run portfolios from one verified source of truth.
Make maintenance decisions from evidence, not estimates.
Security Architecture
Built for documents
that must remain true
for the next 50 years.
Structural reports, compliance certificates, and as-built drawings are liability documents. Veritas uses a layered security architecture designed for records that must survive institutional change, ownership transfer, and technological advancement.
Quantum-safe symmetric encryption. NIST-approved.
Post-quantum key encapsulation. Protects against harvest-now-decrypt-later.
Content-addressed primary storage with Australian cloud backup.
Hash chain across all attestations. Tamper detection without content exposure.
Merkle roots anchored to Veritas L1 chain. 4+ independent validators.
Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know.
Can Veritas staff read my documents?
No. Documents are encrypted client-side before upload. Veritas servers receive and store only encrypted ciphertext. The decryption key is never stored server-side.
What happens if Veritas or Trinity DAO ceases operations?
Your records do not depend on Veritas continuing to operate. All attestations use publicly verifiable signatures. Documents stored on IPFS are independent of Veritas infrastructure. For maximum permanence, documents can optionally be archived to Arweave.
Are my documents stored in Australia?
Yes. Encrypted document content and private metadata are stored in Australian data centres, meeting the Australian Privacy Act 1988 data residency requirements.
How does Veritas differ from DocuSign?
DocuSign proves who signed a document. Veritas proves the document is still identical to what was signed, links it to a physical asset, and the proof is independently verifiable without Veritas.
Does the record survive ownership change?
That is the core purpose. The documentary history stays attached to the asset, so a transfer of responsibility does not mean a loss of institutional memory.
What file formats does Veritas support?
Any file format. PDF, DWG, IFC (BIM), XLSX, CSV, JPG, PNG, MP4 — Veritas encrypts, hashes, and attests any file type.
How do we get started?
The early access process starts with a portfolio review. We scope the assets, current record issues, and priority workflows before defining the first rollout.
